Here's my story

If you had met me years ago, you probably wouldn’t recognize me.

By the time I was 14, anxiety had completely taken over my life. It became so intense that I was afraid to leave my house, and the depression that followed left me lying in bed for days—sometimes even weeks—at a time. There were moments when I truly believed I would never feel happy again.

But something inside me refused to accept that this was how life was meant to be.

At 19, I began searching for answers. What started with meditation eventually led me to study nutrition, becoming a dietitian, where I discovered how profoundly what we put into our bodies affects the way we think, feel, and experience the world. Still, I knew there was another piece of the puzzle.

That search led me deep into psychology, Eastern philosophy, spirituality, meditation, and the study of human behavior. What I found didn’t just change the way I thought—it transformed the way I experienced life. For the first time, I wasn’t just managing my emotions; I understood them. I wasn’t chasing happiness anymore. I had become someone who naturally experienced peace, confidence, and joy.

Along the way, I also discovered something else: no matter how much inner work we do, it’s incredibly difficult to thrive when our closest relationships are falling apart. That’s what inspired me to study relationship psychology, because our relationships often shape the way we see ourselves and the lives we create.

Today, my work brings all of these pieces together. Psychology, meditation, spirituality, relationship dynamics, and nutrition are not separate subjects—they’re deeply connected. The way you nourish your body influences your mind. The way you think shapes your emotions. Your relationships affect your peace. And when those pieces begin working together instead of against each other, your entire life changes.

My goal isn’t simply to help you feel better. It’s to help you become someone who naturally experiences greater peace, confidence, healthier relationships, and a life that finally feels like your own
